Street Art by JR in Berlin

In May appeared in the German capital suddenly very high paste ups. They were done by the Street artiste JR. However, who is this JR generally? 

The mysterious French was born in 1983. During young years JR sprayed graffiti. At that time he did not spray to change the world, but to present his works to the world.

The mysterious French was born in 1983. Already during young years has JR which has not revealed till this day for which the abbreviation JR stands, graffiti sprayed. At that time, however, he has not sprayed after own statements yet to change the world, but to present his works only in order to the world. Most of his graffiti he sprayed on roofs and on trains. Thus he found fast fallen in his actions.

After he and his friends had found a camera in the Paris metro, they started documenting his actions. At the age of 17 years he caught in photographs on house walls to stick.

Some years later JR travelled through Europe and hit everywhere on Street artiste. He began himself more and more with the portraits which make him today so famous to occupy.

Thus he observed the artists whom he met and saw her message. Later when he had returned to Paris, he stuck the portraits of the artists which he has met on his trip everywhere in the town to walls and walls.

JR would like to bring by his actions which he brings to house walls and walls art on the street, around people, in museums are never a matter of touching.
